The British Council in partnership with British Underground is bringing together creative practitioners and tech companies from Japan and the UK to share experience and insight during the SXSW ONLINE conference in March 2021.  This activity is in partnership with Arts Council England’s Future Art and Culture programme and will take place in UK House.
